These Terms outline the terms and conditions under which Concord Markets LTD, company duly organized and established under the laws of England, bearing company registration number 15672731, and having its registered address at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, England, W1W 7LT (“We”, "Company") will provide Services to the You.

The current Terms and Conditions establish the basis for visiting our website and ordering Services. By purchasing our Services, the User acknowledges that they have read and agreed to comply with our Terms and Conditions, which include our privacy policy. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not place any orders.

General Provisions

We offer book purchasing service, which may include buying various types of digital books and educational materials. In addition to selling digital merchandise, we also provide a professional development service and training for educators, such as personal training/ sessions with tutors (hourly rate), webinars etc (“Services”).

Our Services are provided to individuals, businesses, and organizations that require different types of literature and training for educators.

Order Placement and Payment Process

When the user (“User”) visits our website and wishes to place an order, they need to create a Personal account, where they must provide personal information (name, email address, payment method).

After adding the product to your cart and placing your order, you can proceed to payment. All Services are paid at 100%.

Before completing your purchase, you will be given the opportunity to review your order and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your order carefully before submitting it.

The manager will then notify the User about the receiving of the payment to complete the payment process. After that the User will be provided with access to digital books. By making a payment in Account, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions and all other policies of our website.

Personal Trainings and Sessions for Educators:

Customers can book personal training sessions with a tutor through our website or by contacting us directly via support@learnithub.uk .

During the booking process, you must provide:

● Preferred session dates and times.
● Contact details for communication.
● Any specific requirements or topics for the session.
Session Confirmation

Upon receiving your booking request, we will confirm the availability of the tutor and provide a confirmation email or notification, including the session details and payment instructions.

The session is not considered confirmed until payment is completed.

Payment Process

Payment for sessions is charged on an hourly basis and must be made in full before the session begins.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfers (Visa, MasterCard).

For recurring sessions, payment schedules can be arranged upon agreement with our team.

Invoices and Receipts

After payment is processed, an invoice or receipt will be sent to the customer’s email address.

Late Payments

If payment is not received by the agreed deadline, the session may be canceled at our discretion.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the digital books you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within 15 days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.

If you do not give us the accurate or complete information within a reasonable time of our request, we will cancel your order. We will not be responsible for any delay in the availability of the Service that results from you providing incorrect or incomplete information.

Cancellation Policy

The cost of the order is calculated on the type of a book, the volume of the material presented, and the number of pages.

The cost of training for educators is calculated on the hourly rate of the tutor, type of webinar and educational materials.

Digital Book Purchases:
Cancellation Before Access

Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed the digital book in your Personal Account.

Procedure: To cancel, contact our support team at support@learnithub.uk with your order details (order ID and email used for the purchase).

Once the digital book is accessed in your Personal Account, the order becomes final, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Non-Cancellable Orders After Access

Orders are non-cancellable once the digital book has been accessed in your Personal Account. This policy is necessary due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be returned or revoked.

Non-Cancellable Orders are paid at 100%.

Personal Trainings and Sessions for Educators:
Cancellation of Scheduled Sessions

Timeframe: You may cancel or reschedule your session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Procedure: To cancel or reschedule, contact us at support@learnithub.uk with your session details.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

● Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.
● No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Resolution Timeframes

We aim to process cancellation requests within 1 business day.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days, and approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the card or account of the sender. The User can request a refund only if the request is made within 14 days of purchase (completion of the order). If this is the case, write to us at support@learnithub.uk and tell us your reasons for requesting a refund.

Refund applies to accessed content proven to be defective or mismatched. Refunds are not issued for customer dissatisfaction with the book’s content.

Refunds for Faulty or Incorrect Content

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

● The digital book is defective.
● The file or content provided does not match the product description or order.

Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Procedure: To request a refund, email our support team at support@learnithub.uk with:

● Your order details.
● A description of the issue.
● (Optional) Screenshots or error messages, if applicable.

We will evaluate your request and, if approved, provide a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Keep in mind that Concord Markets LTD will not refund money if you are not satisfied with the type or style of the digital books as all issues are resolved with the manager before the conclusion of the order.

Personal Trainings and Sessions for Educators:
Refunds for Prepaid Sessions

Refunds for prepaid sessions are available for cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Procedure: Email our support team at support@learnithub.uk with your booking details to request a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Service Issues

If a session is disrupted due to technical issues or tutor unavailability, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for the affected session.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our Refund Policy, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services.

Limitation of Liability

We disclaim responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of your access within the limits of permitted laws. You use the site at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any illegal use of our work.

Intellectual Property
The work provided by our website is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. Our work is intended for personal use in the case of:
1) You use the work as a guide to preparing for your work;
2) If you provide our site as a source of work;
3) You do not submit our writings and products as your own. Use in any way: copying, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting, selling, displaying, licensing, or otherwise exploiting is prohibited without prior written agreement.
